Total Throws is a unique collection of video clips for the throws enthusiast who can't get enough. Hundreds of discus, shot put, javelin, and hammer clips from the late 80's up to 2002 are compiled on one DVD.
Included on the DVD are also some of the most interesting articles on throwing.
